A single 25% commission, charged only on income generated. No fixed fees: you only pay when your property generates income.
Which cities do you operate in?
Mainly Marrakech, Geneva and Lausanne, as well as their surroundings. New cities are coming soon.

After a free estimate, we take care of everything: professional photos, optimised listings on the best platforms, booking management, guest check-in, cleaning and maintenance.
